Wash baseboards and crown molding Wipe down and sanitize doors and doorknobs Clean light fixtures and replace burnt-out bulbs Wipe down fans Vacuum and wash. Before returning small appliances and other items to the countertops, wipe them with warm soapy water. Clean the counters with warm, soapy water and a microfiber cloth. Mix 1 cup of water with 2 tbsp of vinegar in a bowl and microwave for up to 5 minutes. Give the inside of the sink a quick scrub and rinse, then fill it with warm, soapy water. My last tip and my most favorite is cleaning your microwave. ![]() I recommend taking everything out, cleaning it top to bottom, and then investing in some fridge liners. Next, clean out your fridge for old leftovers, expired sauces, and spilled gunk. □ But actually, do some research on your oven’s self cleaner capabilities and then make a date with some Oven Off. Let’s all just pretend we clean our oven regularly and just do it again special for this challenge. Take the time to go under your sink and look for expired products and medicines.
